Protein Diet - Day 1

Breakfast - Woke up late (so, no breakfast)

Lunch - Hard Boiled Egg

Dinner - Hard Boiled egg with black pepper lamb

Haih, 1 st day is always the hardest. But I went through it. Everyone else was eating rice and I was stuck with hard boiled egg. But the saddest thing was I didn't manage to finish 3 ltrs of water. I didn't feel that tired though. Surprisingly, I was quite energetic!
